On a night where real life was not anything like I had planned, I needed a room and this location was the only place open. The staff was very friendly, the room and lobby was clean, and the coffee was just as strong as it was fresh. In the end I was expecting another "Minnesota nice" money grab, but the prices here are lower than the national average.
I would like to start off with saying j will be adding pics and videos very soon. This hotel is by far one of the absolute best I have ever stayed at for so many reason. The affordability, the kindness and compassion of the staff, the cleanliness and it is conveniently located 25 mins from my home. They have surpassed my expectations of any hotel of their caliber and then some. I choose to stay here at least once or twice a month when I can as I feel I have made some friends here as well. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with so many choices to choose from as I described further in the food and drink section of this review. I highly recommend this Quality Inn to anyone that may be in the are needing lodging or someone who just wants to get away from the house for a bit. I have stayed at many types of hotels and Quality Inns ranging from California, Colorado, New York and now Minnesota. Some were definitely review worthy but this place takes the cake. Thank you to all the staff here!
This hotel was welcoming with friendly staff. One of the gentleman at the front desk and a friend of his helped me out when I really didn't know what to do. They went above and beyond. What an awesome experience I had. I'll be back. Thank you.
Super nice staff! We were stranded needing car repairs and they helped us out so much! The rooms are clean and the price was right. Easy on and off the highway. Breakfast was great every morning with a variety of offerings But the best thing truly was the staff. If we are ever in the area again I will be happy to come back
Very nice rooms and facility. The hallways were very warm. But the rooms were ice cold and it was a hot summer day so it was great. Not too expensive and a convenient location.
I had a moment of needing a hotel room on the fly due to an emergency, and I really appreciated the hotel for what it is. It’s definitely not the fanciest hotel, but my room was clean, and the shower was hot. Breakfast was basic, but hot and tasty! Look, if you’re picky, and you need all the bells and whistles go for a 5 star hotel. This was perfect for my situation and the staff was really helpful! This must be a very small family operated location, so there’s updates that need to be had, things aren’t perfect- but my room was clean, hot shower, hot breakfast, and quiet. I got great sleep and it was extremely affordable. No pool, not a bunch of loud families running around- I asked for first floor and I got first floor. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it.
